Use the intended account
Sign in or accept the invitation sent to the person who should have access. Do not share one password across a care team.

Follow the current pairing flow
Charge Guardian as directed, then keep it switched on and nearby while the app guides you through connection and naming.
Set notifications deliberately
- Allow notifications on each device expected to receive them.
- Check operating-system focus, battery and notification settings if alerts are muted.
- Invite only nominated people and remove access when responsibilities change.
- Run a planned test and confirm what each person sees.
Protect access
Treat app access as care information. Use a personal account, a device lock and the current access-removal process when a phone or role changes.
