Aware Support · Care facilities

A deployment is a service, not a box count.

Plan consent, rooms, connectivity, access, response ownership and review before installing across a care environment.

Immediate danger

Call 000. Do not wait for the app.

Guardian is not an emergency service. Use the existing emergency or in-person response plan first when someone may need urgent help in Australia.

The operating questions

  • Who is eligible and who has consented to the service?
  • Who owns each device, room assignment and access decision?
  • Who receives each configured notification and what action is expected?
  • How are outages, role changes, incidents and decommissioning recorded?

A responsible rollout

  1. 01

    Design

Document the service purpose, privacy boundary, response model and technical constraints.

  2. 02

    Pilot

Verify a small representative group of rooms and staff workflows.

  3. 03

    Train

Teach staff what the information means, what it does not mean and when to use existing emergency procedures.

  4. 04

    Review

Approve broader use only after issues, ownership and support arrangements are resolved.
