Alerts support a response plan. They are not one.
Guardian does not replace emergency services, clinical advice or in-person care. No sensing system detects every event, and alert delivery depends on placement, connectivity, configuration and nominated contacts.

What does the upfront price cover?
The upfront price covers one Guardian sensor in the connection model you choose. The connected service is billed separately each month.
What is included in the monthly service?
The $39.99/month service includes Aware app access, configured alert delivery, movement insights, care-circle sharing and ongoing connected-service updates.
What is the difference between WiFi and Cellular?
WiFi models use a suitable home internet connection. Cellular models include their own cellular connection for homes without suitable WiFi.
Can funding be used for Guardian?
Guardian may be eligible under some Support at Home or NDIS plans. Eligibility and approval depend on the person, their plan and the relevant provider or funder. Aware can provide a quote and product information for that assessment.
Does the subscription provide an emergency response service?
No. The service sends configured alerts and insights to nominated contacts. It does not replace emergency services, clinical care, in-person checks or an agreed response plan.
