- Delivery

Does Guardian record video or audio?
No. Guardian uses room-based radar sensing and does not create a video feed or record conversations.
Does anyone need to wear a device?
No. Guardian is designed to work from its position in the room.
What does the monthly service cover?
The Aware service keeps Guardian connected and includes the Aware app, alerts and activity insights. Confirm the current inclusions with Aware before purchase.
Can Guardian replace emergency or in-person care?
No. Guardian sends alerts to the people you choose. It does not replace emergency services, clinical advice, in-person checks or an agreed response plan.
