Product Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, products such as custom-configured mobility sensors or software downloads are non-returnable unless faulty. This also includes products that have been activated for use, such as software-enabled sensors that are configured to your personal settings.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we are committed to providing a replacement or a full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Special Conditions for Bulk Orders

Pricing and Price Reductions

Please note that price protection is available for a maximum of 10 units of the same product and is not applicable during special promotions or sales events.
